Mr. Pan has over 10-year experience in the finance industry. Presently, Mr. Pan is Senior Vice President of HGC Investment Management Group in Shanghai, spearhead investor relations and business development in south China. Previously, Mr. Pan served as the Investment Director at SAIC Group, one of the largest publicly listed Chinese SOE, to lead M&A activities. Before SAIC, Mr. Pan was an associate at 2 investment banks in Asia where he involved cross-border M&A and IPO transactions. Mr. Pan received his B.A of economics from Fudan University and MBA from the Johns Hopkins University.
